Assistant Superintendent

Position Overview:
The Assistant Superintendent supports field operations on multifamily projects and works closely with the Lead Superintendent to ensure safety, schedule, quality, and coordination. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth day‑to‑day site activities and reinforcing the standards expected on every project. It is well‑suited for a motivated professional who is eager to learn, take on increasing responsibility, and grow into a full Superintendent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily jobsite coordination and supervision
Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules
Coordinate subcontractor sequencing and logistics
Oversee work related to concrete, framing, MEP systems, and finishes
Support punch-out, inspections, and closeout
Maintain documentation and reporting in Procore
Interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Enforce OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
Ensure compliance with city and state building codes
Qualifications:
2–3 years of multi-family construction experience
Experience with concrete, framing, MEP coordination, and finishes
Punch-out experience preferred
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
