Packaging Technician

Packaging Technician *Pay:* $13–$15 per hour *Schedule:* Full-Time *Location:* Tulsa, Oklahoma Position Overview The Packaging Technician is responsible for applying product labels and stickers, checking finished packaging for accuracy and quality, and preparing completed orders for transfer to licensed customers. This position serves as an important final quality-control step within a licensed cannabis processing facility. Every product must be labeled correctly, packaged neatly, and organized accurately before it leaves the facility. Key Responsibilities * Apply product labels, compliance stickers, and package identifiers accurately * Verify that labels match the correct product, batch, package, and order * Inspect finished packaging for accuracy, cleanliness, consistency, and presentation * Count and organize finished products for outgoing orders * Prepare completed orders for transfer and delivery * Compare packaged products against order sheets and transfer documentation * Report missing, damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect products before release * Maintain compliance with applicable OMMA, OBNDD, METRC, and company requirements * Keep the packaging and order-preparation area clean, organized, and efficient * Assist the team in meeting daily packaging and fulfillment goals * Complete repetitive tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail * Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and pride to every order Qualifications * Current OMMA employee credential required * At least one year of cannabis packaging, processing, production, fulfillment, or order-preparation experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to read and follow product labels, order sheets, and written instructions * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment * Able to stand for extended periods * Able to lift up to 25 pounds * Willing to follow all sanitation, security, inventory, and product-handling procedures Why Work With Us * A relaxed but professional work environment * A team-focused workplace where quality matters * Opportunities to grow with an expanding company * Hands-on experience within Oklahoma’s cannabis processing industry * A crew mentality—not just another clock-in job Apply Today Applicants with the required credentials, relevant experience, and motivation to produce accurate, high-quality work are encouraged to apply.
