Graphic Designer
Summary: The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of creative and marketing initiatives across print, digital, social media, advertising, events, merchandise, and brand campaigns. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, adaptable, and excited to help advance a strong Nevada-based brand.Essential Functions:Design creative assets for; social media campaigns, digital ads and display banners, website graphics and web page layouts, billboards and out-of-home advertising, print advertising and collateral, promotional items, merchandise and swag, event materials and signage, motion graphics and animation creative, internal marketing and presentation materialsCollaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts and creative executionEnsure brand consistency across all channels and materialsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesParticipate in creative brainstorming and campaign developmentSupport ongoing website and digital marketing initiativesAssist with photography, video, and content production projects as neededExplore and incorporate AI-assisted creative tools and workflows into the design processDesign print brochures, promotional collateral, signage, merchandise visualsCollaborate cross-functionally: marketing strategies, intake team, event organizers, agencies, content/SEO leadsOptimize visual content for web/SEO (file size, alt-text, accessibility)Manage content calendars and deliverables to meet deadlines and campaign plansProvide creative input and guidance for events, activations, traditional and digital plansStay current on design, AI, and social media tends and toolsOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualifications: 1-3 years of graphic design experienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related field preferredStrong portfolio showcasing digital and print workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plusBasic understanding of digital marketing and social media creative best practicesComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable receiving feedback and adapting quicklyInterest in AI design tools and evolving creative technologyPreferred Skills:Experience working in professional services/law, healthcare, or insuranceBilingual or bilingual production capabilities (Spanish emphasis)Basic knowledge of photography or live-shoot productionAI practical experienceExperience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premier Pro, or similar toolsUnderstanding of paid digital advertising creativeBenefitsOur benefits options include:MedicalDentalVisionLife InsuranceSTDLTDAccidentCritical IllnessHospital IndemnityIdentity Theft InsurancePTOPaid Holidays
