Department: Human ResourceReports To: HR ManagerEmployment Status: Part-TimeFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWork Schedule & Duration:· Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)· Duration: 3 months (temporary assignment) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Intern for a 3-month temporary assignment. This role will provide hands-on experience across key HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as supporting new hire orientation and benefits administration.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Primary Focus):Assist with full-cycle recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical positionsPost job openings on internal and external job boardsScreen resumes and applications against job requirementsCoordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidatesMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment recordsSupport hiring managers throughout the recruitment processOrientation & Onboarding:Assist in planning and facilitating new hire orientation sessionsPrepare onboarding materials and employee filesEnsure all required documentation is completed and properly filedSupport new employees during the onboarding process to ensure a positive experienceBenefits Administration:Provide administrative support for employee benefits programsAssist with employee benefit inquiries and enrollment processesMaintain accurate benefits records and documentationCoordinate with benefits vendors as neededGeneral HR Support:Perform data entry and maintain HR databases and personnel records Assist with HR projects and process improvementsSupport compliance with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong interest in recruitment and HR operationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
