HRIS & Payroll Analyst

Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven HRIS & Payroll Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our HRIS Help Desk and Payroll processes. This role will serve as a key resource for HR Brand Leaders, providing system support, troubleshooting, and guidance related to ADP Vantage HCM and ADP Workforce Manager (WFM).The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ADP systems, payroll processes, and a customer-service mindset to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support for HRIS Help Desk operations, responding to inquiries and resolving system-related issues.- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Brand Leaders regarding ADP Vantage HCM and ADP Workforce Manager.- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, pay discrepancies, timekeeping issues, and data inconsistencies.- Support payroll processes, including data validation, corrections, and audit controls.- Assist with employee pay-related inquiries such as pay statements, tax withholdings, and pay card issues.- Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.- Identify system trends, recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.- Document procedures, workflows, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.- Support system testing, updates, and enhancements related to ADP platforms.-Assist HR Directors and Payroll Director with reporting and batches needed to be submitted to ADP for processing. -Assist HR and Benefits with some reports that must be submitted to ADP.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 2–4+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll, or HR operations.- Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage HCM and ADP Workforce Manager (WFM).- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, and compliance.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment- Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote- Collaborative, fast-paced HR and Payroll team environmentPreferred Qualifications- Experience supporting multi-location or high-volume workforce environments- Familiarity with pay card systems (e.g., Wisely)- Experience with HRIS implementations or system enhancements-ADP Vantage HCM & Workforce ManagerKey Competencies- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Problem-solving mindset- Customer-focused approach- Strong sense of accountability and ownership- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
