As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience through safe driving, accurate order handling, and professional interactions.What You'll Do:Safely deliver products to customers and store locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Provide outstanding customer service, addressing questions and assisting with unloading as needed.Communicate delivery status and estimated arrival times with customers.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe operations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.Assist with loading and securing merchandise to prevent damage.Support in-store operations by stocking merchandise and assisting customers when not making deliveries.Operate large delivery vehicles in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.Maintain accurate driving logs and ensure legal compliance.Manage fuel needs and conduct additional vehicle safety inspections.Work ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for CDL drivers).Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Prior delivery experience preferred.Strong knowledge of local areas and navigation skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Reliable, punctual, and skilled in time management.Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, medical card physical, and pre-employment drug screen.Must be comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request).Benefits401(k) with Match Program - Available Day 1PTO Awards starting at 80 hours and increases with seniority4 Paid HolidaysMedical, Vision, Dental InsuranceCompany Funded - HSA/HRA ProgramShort Term DisabilityCompany Paid Life InsuranceWellness Program - Earn $300 annuallyTeam Member Assistance Program and FundDiscounted Pet Health InsuranceGym ReimbursementTuition Reimbursement ProgramTraining and Growth OpportunitiesTeam Member Discounts at all locationsCompany Discount Program for Tickets, Electronics, Vacations, and more!Pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour based on experience
