Maintenance Supervisor (Multiple Shifts)

We are working with a manufacturing organization seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced production environment. This individual will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance activities, support equipment reliability initiatives, and help drive safe and efficient plant operations.Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily maintenance activities and provide direction to maintenance technicians across the facility• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime• Coordinate repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance scheduling for plant equipment and production assets• Partner with operations and leadership teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives• Assist with maintenance planning, inventory coordination, and equipment performance tracking• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards• Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance managementQualifications• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing or industrial operations• Experience supporting preventative maintenance and equipment reliability programs• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems within a production environment• Experience working with maintenance systems, work orders, or CMMS platforms preferred• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
