Manage the talent acquisition software (Icims)Identify updates and new configuration neededDevelop and maintain reports to provide employment/recruitment metrics to Assistant Director and Director of Human ResourcesTeach new supervisors how to properly utilize the HRIS softwareProvide refresher training on software and HR best practices for hiring supervisorsProvide continuous guidance on software to the Recruitment TeamDevelop Key Relationships for Nursing/Clinical PositionsIdentify colleges, programs, etc locally to develop relationships with for all nursing/clinical positions (RN, LPN, Medical Assistants, CNA)Establish a schedule to present to the defined relevant schools/programs to upcoming graduatesRepresent AltaPointe at all clinical job fairsMentorMentor the HR Specialists on best recruitment practicesProvide continuous guidance on talent acquisition software to the Recruitment TeamRecruit for Nursing and other assigned positionsBe the primary recruiter for all nursing rolesSource applicants through multiple avenuesProvide additional avenues to reach applicants for all open positionsManage the selection processScreen all applicants who apply for minimum qualifications and narrow down based on preferred qualificationsEnsure that applicants previously employed with AH are eligible for rehire through system checks and previous supervisor referralsInterview candidates deemed most qualified and coordinate follow-up interviews with appropriate leaders as neededInform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.Correspond with applicants as appropriateCoordinate new employment processOffer employment, schedule pre-employment date/time, send background authorization, send on-boarding documents and schedule for orientationEnsure completion of pre-employment requirements, including background check, drug screen and physical prior to new hire’s start dateMaintain compliant recordsVerify required licenses or certifications prior to sending to second level interviewAct as the portal for all internal employment paperwork ensuring that the leaders are compliant with AH requirementsRecord all aspects of the selection process and communication with applicants in talent acquisition softwareAssist Assistant Director in operations of departmentAssist in special projects as neededIdentify and create any additional training as neededPerform related duties as requestedPlan interview events with HR SpecialistManage the full lifecycle of provider credentialing and recredentialing for applicable staff.Review, verify, and validate all provider credentials including education, training, licensure, certifications, and work history.Ensure timely submission of complete provider files for Credentialing Committee approval process.Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, DEA, malpractice insurance, and other time-sensitive credentials using Credential Stream alerts.Provide training or guidance to team members on Credential Stream usage and updates.Generate credentialing status reports and support audits using data from Credential Stream.Supervision and ConsultationSeeks supervision and consultation as neededAccepts and employs suggestions for improvementActively works to enhance skillsCourteous and respectful towards employees, visitors and co-workersTreats employees with care, dignity and compassionRespects employee’s privacy and confidentialityIs pleasant and cooperative with othersAssists employees and visitors as neededPersonal values don’t inhibit ability to relate and care for othersIs sensitive to the employee’s needs, expectations and individual differencesDoes not utilize confidential information for personal gainAdministrative and Other Related Duties as assignedActively participates in Performance Improvement activitiesActively participates in AltaPointe committees as requestedCompletes assigned tasks in a timely mannerWorks in a cooperative manner with other AltaPointe employeesFollows AltaPointe policies and proceduresBachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field; five years of human resources experience related to recruitment. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Knowledge of recruitment life cycle and provider credentialing preferred. Experience in Microsoft Word, HRIS and spreadsheet applications. Certification in the field (PHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
