Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a General Manager on behalf of a well-established food products and distribution organization. This is an exciting direct-hire leadership opportunity for a hands-on operational leader to oversee branch performance, sales, warehouse and transportation operations, and overall business execution within a fast-paced distribution environment.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Branch General Manager will oversee all branch operations, including sales, warehouse, transportation, customer service, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, managing branch financials, developing leadership teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds organizational goals.
