🚀 Hiring: Software Developer – Wallet & Payments PlatformWe're hiring an experienced Software Developer for a long-term opportunity focused on backend development, distributed systems, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and scalable services supporting critical Wallet & Payment offerings.🔹 Role: Software Developer📍 Location: Cupertino, CA (Preferred) / San Diego, CA – Onsite📅 Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)🔹VISA : USC AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS ONLYRequired Skills✅ 3+ years of solid software development experience✅ Strong programming experience with at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go✅ Strong hands-on experience in one or more of:Backend developmentUnix/Linux environmentsDistributed and parallel systemsInformation retrievalNetworkingSystems or security software development✅ Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and containerd✅ Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or similar tools✅ Strong software engineering, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams⭐ Preferred Skills⭐ Hands-on Kubernetes experience⭐ Hands-on AWS experience⭐ Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis⭐ Experience with Big Data technologies, including data warehousing, MPP, Spark, or Flink⭐ Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh⭐ UI development experience🔹 Key Responsibilities✔️ Design and develop platform capabilities and engineering tools supporting critical Wallet & Payment offerings✔️ Build scalable and reliable backend services and distributed systems✔️ Develop software in Unix/Linux environments✔️ Work with APIs, services, infrastructure, and platform components across the organization✔️ Design and implement solutions using microservices and distributed architectures✔️ Build and maintain CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines✔️ Work with containerized environments using technologies such as Docker, containerd, and Kubernetes✔️ Collaborate with engineering, platform, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable solutions✔️ Troubleshoot complex production and development issues and contribute to system reliability and performance improvements✔️ Work with cloud and data technologies such as AWS, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Spark, and Flink where applicable🎯 Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a hands-on Software Developer / Backend Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and practical experience building scalable backend, distributed, or platform systems.Candidates should be comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments, writing production-quality code, working with containers and CI/CD, and collaborating with multiple engineering teams.Hands-on technical expertise is critical.
