Self Storage Manager -Richburg SC

Full Time Self Storage Manager Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour plus bonus for renting U-Haul and Storage Units Employment type: Contract job, 1099, Weekly Pay Requirements: Must be honest, clean, and able to pass background check and drug test. Job Duties: Answering Phone - Taking Rents - Preparing units for rental - Using our Computer System - keeping grounds clean - some lifting required (boxes, garbage, etc.) Skills/Requirements Must be good on the phone - some computer skills - some physical labor (you must be in good health and able to lift self storage unit doors from ground level and trash items up to 40 lbs.) - valid driver's license with current address.
