This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.QualificationsPrior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.Basic computer and payment processing skills.Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player.Schedule: This role requires availability Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm with occasional travel.Compensation and Benefits:Base Pay: $15.00 per hourBonus potential2 day workweek: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30am to 7:00pmEmployee Discount on Chiropractic HealthcareLunch BreaksAdditional hours available if interested in other locations!Why Join Us: When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you're joining a movement.
