Program Manager - Professional Volunteer

Job Overview:We are looking for a driven Program Manager to be a Professional Volunteer for our nonprofit organization. You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and growth of our Campaigns. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee all aspects of program operations, including staff supervision, budget management, grant writing, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and achieving measurable results. This role also involves public speaking and engaging with the community on social media to promote volunteer opportunities and recognize volunteer contributions. Remote with some travel as needed. Degree encouraged but not required.
