We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Specialist to oversee and manage company insurance claims, risk coordination, and insurance administration across multiple business operations. This position plays a critical role in protecting the company’s assets, supporting employees and field operations, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently from start to finish.Your New RoleAs a Claims Specialist, you will manage and oversee a variety of insurance claims and risk-related processes, including:Handle and manage auto liability and physical damage claimsCoordinate workers’ compensation claims from incident reporting through resolutionManage property damage, equipment damage, and general liability claimsInvestigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain organized claim recordsCommunicate directly with insurance carriers, adjusters, brokers, legal counsel, and internal teamsMonitor claim progress, reserves, and settlements to ensure timely resolutionReview accident reports, invoices, estimates, repair documentation, and supporting recordsMaintain accurate and up-to-date claim tracking systems and reportingSupport administration of the company’s insurance programAssist with policy renewals, audits, certificates of insurance, and underwriting requestsIdentify trends, recurring losses, and opportunities for operational improvement and risk reductionPartner with Safety, HR, Operations, Fleet, and Finance teams to improve incident response and claim outcomesWhat You Bring To The Table3+ years of experience in insurance claims, risk management, or claims administrationExperience handling:Auto claimsWorkers’ compensation claimsProperty or damage claimsStrong understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and claims processesAbility to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to follow processes accuratelyProficiency in Google Suite and claims management systemsExperience working with brokers, TPAs, carriers, and adjusters preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in home services, construction, pest control, transportation, or multi-location operationsInsurance certifications such as AIC, ARM, or CPCU are a plusKnowledge of OSHA, workplace injury reporting, or fleet safety practices preferredBase Pay & Additional Earning OpportunitiesStarting Salary: We offer a competitive starting salary that reflects your experience and qualifications!Performance Bonuses: Earn bonuses based on individual performanceBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and paid holidaysGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing organizationCollaborative and team-oriented work environment
