ROLEThis member of the Finance Department will support in the collection, interpreting of qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial information while predicting future financial trends for different areas of the business.MISSIONSupport Saint Laurent Americas including but not limited to: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, PanamaActively involved in Forecasting and Budgeting processSales, OpexWholesale CapexDaily Splits for both wholesale and retail channelsSubsequent presentations to worldwide executive teamSupport and collaborate with the Accounting team during the monthly and year-end closingUploads to Financial consolidation toolAnalyze financial results and processes to identify opportunities for improvementAssist in the preparation, and review of monthly Financial Reporting (Regional and HQ):Monthly P&L along with quantitative and qualitative analysisCompilation of management expense reportsMonthly Wholesale CapexAnalyzing and compiling information for sales, KPIS, etc.Ad hoc reportingPreparation and reporting of (as a backup resource):Daily, Weekly, Monthly and YTD sales across Retail ChannelsSupport the Sr. Financial Analyst in the compilation of financial results to department headsCollaborates in the preparation of Monthly Business Review Presentation for WW Executive teamSupport management on ad hoc analyses and special projectsAssist with preparation of Y/E AuditPROFILEBachelors in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA a plus2+ years in similar role; Retail experience a plusTechnical skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)Core competencies and traits:Strong decision making and problem-solving skillsPossess a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to research, analyze and evaluate data and prepare concise written reports and presentationsAbility to multi-task while maintaining critical deadlinesAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and counterparts overseasHighest regard for confidentiality.
