Our clients include major aggregate operators and industrial facilities that demand precision, reliability, and accountability.We're building a process-driven organization — and we need the financial infrastructure to match.What You'll OwnConstruction & Operational AccountingMaintain and reconcile books in QuickBooksReview and restructure 4 years of historical recordsBuild divisionalized financial reportingMaintain job costing across labor, equipment, fuel, trucking, rentals, subcontractors, and materialsSupport T&M billing documentation and coding accuracyPurchasing & PO SystemsImplement and oversee a purchase order systemEnsure field purchases are approved, coded, and matched to project allocationsStrengthen purchasing accountability and operational controlsExpense ManagementOversee expense reporting through ExpensifyReview receipts, coding, and policy complianceMonitor company credit card spending and coding accuracyOperational SupportWork directly with operations and managementStandardize cost codes, reporting structures, and workflowsIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies before they become problemsYou're the right fit if you have:✔ 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in construction, industrial services, oilfield, trucking, or heavy civil ✔ Strong QuickBooks experience in high-transaction environments ✔ Deep understanding of job costing and project-based accounting ✔ Experience reconciling equipment costs, vendor balances, and operational expenses across multiple accountsBonus points for:PO system implementation experienceExpensify administrationMulti-entity or multi-division accountingFast-growth operational company backgroundCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experiencePerformance-based growth in a rapidly expanding industrial services companyFlexible work structure for qualified candidatesA seat at the table — help build the financial systems this company runs on
