Quality Assurance Engineer

Arizon RFID Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. This role focuses on building and maintaining quality systems, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement quality improvement parameters using statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processesEstablish statistical confidence levels by determining appropriate sample sizes, acceptable error rates, and confidence intervalsOversee calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with quality standardsDevelop and standardize quality documentation, including formats for procedures, work instructions, and management system recordsConduct reliability testing and validation for mass-produced products to ensure consistent performance and qualityCollect, analyze, and interpret quality and production data; prepare reports and provide actionable recommendationsEnsure products meet internal specifications as well as industry and customer quality standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and operational performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems and processesContribute to team objectives and support additional quality-related tasks as neededRequirements:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) preferredStrong analytical and mathematical skills, including knowledge of statistics (calculus a plus)Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflowsExperience supporting or participating in internal process and product auditsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering specificationsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing settingAbility to identify issues, escalate concerns, and support resolution effortsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
