At our Hatfield, PA fulfillment center we perform pick, pack, and ship services for a global medical device manufacturer. We are looking for a 3PL Program Coordinator to join our 3PL administrative team. You will be based on our offices at Hatfield, PA. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented 3PL Program Coordinator to oversee our daily administrative workflows and support our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data systems, data entry, tracking resources, government licensing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, and can effortlessly juggle multiple logistical tasks with a high degree of accuracy and internal motivation. Core Responsibilities: Workflow Optimization: Coordinate administrative processes to streamline data management and improve daily team productivity. Records Maintenance: Update and maintain company and client records, as well as internal files with strict accuracy. Resource & Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and order office supplies and operational inventory to minimize resource shortages. Policy Compliance: Ensure all staff activities adhere to established corporate guidelines, security protocols, and industry regulations. Licensing Compliance: Facilitate, track, and complete licensing applications, renewals, and reporting for the 3PL program. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative support, office management, or operations coordinator role. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and familiarity with G Suite (especially Docs and Sheets) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional drafting of team announcements and client correspondence. Task Management: Demonstrated capability to prioritize a high volume of conflicting tasks under strict deadlines. Motivation: Internally driven to initiate, persist, and execute tasks without needing external pressure or constant supervision. Preferred Skills: Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong capability to independently diagnose operational bottlenecks and propose actionable workflow fixes. Detail Orientation: High meticulousness when editing documents and auditing reports for accuracy. Adaptability: Comfort with learning proprietary software quickly and adapting to changing organizational infrastructure.
