This role ensures seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners, supports troubleshooting efforts, and improves EDI workflows for efficiency and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily EDI operations, including monitoring inbound and outbound transactions within SAPCoordinate with trading partners to onboard new EDI connections and resolve issuesTroubleshoot EDI failures, errors, and data discrepancies in a timely mannerWork closely sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure data accuracyMaintain documentation for EDI processes, workflows, and partner specificationsEnsure compliance with EDI standards such as X12 & AS2 connections and manage certifications. xywuqvpPerform testing and validation for new EDI implementations or changes.Qualifications2+ years of customer-facing EDI coordination experience plus SAP support rolesHands-on experience with SAP and EDI integrationsKnowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, XML)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilities
