Key Responsibilities Process multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employees. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. Reconcile payroll data and general ledger accounts. Administer timekeeping systems and resolve discrepancies. Calculate and process payroll deductions, including benefits and garnishments. Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data integrity. Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 generation. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro) and timekeeping systems. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state tax compliance. Experience with general ledger reconciliation for payroll accounts and strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy.
