Learn more at https://www.mosai.com/Position SummaryThe Account Manager owns a high-volume portfolio and is responsible for renewals, retention, and expansion through efficient, repeatable motions.Job DutiesManage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business, or SMB, accountsDrive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutionsProactively prospect and build pipeline within existing Mosai accountsMonitor adoption and identify risk and expansion signalsMaintain accurate forecasts and pipelineDevelop and execute account plans and growth strategyMaintain and expand executive relationshipsPartner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoptionCoordinate with internal roles as neededAll other job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements3-7+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industriesExperience managing high-volume account portfoliosStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExperience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferredStrong financial and value-based selling skillsStrong communication skillsConsistent quota attainmentWork EnvironmentThis role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.Physical Demands of Our Work EnvironmentThis position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
