We’re seeking a values based leader to take our organization to the next level!Qualifications:Proven experience in resolving complex issues in a timely and effective manner.Demonstrable ability to think critically and analytically.Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity.Familiarity with various problem-solving methodologies and frameworks is a plus.Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to change.General Responsibilities:Provide leadership to our missionSupervise the employeesPrepare staff work schedules and assign specific dutiesReview financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement-provide recommendations for improvementsInterviewing/Hiring candidates that fit our cultureCoordinating the Onboarding/training of new staff membersLead the team to be guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceImplement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or proceduresComply with all food and beverage regulations-intimate understanding of bar operationReconcile cash drawer and tip out staff members accordinglyMaintain inventory management system and place supply orders with vendorsPlan and coordinate events/promotions to drive sales growthAssist with marketing and social mediaMaintain and improve the store environmentMake menu changes as necessaryNavigate Point of Sale system for managerial transactionsAssist in Bar/Dog Services operations as neededPerforms any additional projects/tasks as requiredRegular and predictable attendance is expected and required.
