Compliance Manager – DSPD Services

About Us: Together We Shine, LLC is a provider of residential and support services for individuals with disabilities through Utah’s Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD). We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining full compliance with state and federal regulations. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and maintain agency-wide compliance for our DSPD residential and day services. This position ensures that all client and staff documentation, billing practices, and service delivery meet current DSPD, Medicaid, and Social Security requirements. ********DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AUDITS WITH DSPD Key Responsibilities: Maintain and ensure compliance with all DSPD contract requirements, policies, and procedures Review, organize, and maintain client and staff records to ensure they meet regulatory standards Conduct and prepare for internal and external audits throughout the year Ensure correct use and understanding of DSPD service codes and billing practices Oversee and ensure compliance related to Client Representative Payee (Social Security benefits) Assist with and monitor Social Security and Medicaid eligibility, benefits, and documentation for clients Provide training and support to staff regarding documentation, billing, and compliance requirements Work directly with leadership and program managers to correct compliance concerns and implement improvements Ensure that all agency practices align with state and federal disability service regulations Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in DSPD or Medicaid-funded disability services Strong working knowledge of: DSPD contract and billing codes Client Representative Payee responsibilities Social Security and Medicaid benefit systems Experience with compliance audits and record reviews Excellent organizational and documentation skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential or group home services Background in Medicaid waiver programs Familiarity with Utah disability service regulations Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ogden, UT
