Hospitality Float

We are seeking a Hospitality Float to support both Housekeeping and Nutritional Services.In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, providers, and team members. This position offers variety, with responsibilities in both housekeeping and food service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClean and disinfect patient rooms and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and restock linens and suppliesRemove trash and transport soiled laundryPrepare, plate, and deliver meals to patientsSupport patient dietary needs and proper food temperaturesRestock food and beverage stationsAssist with food prep for meetings and eventsRecord temperatures, rotate stock, and remove expired itemsComplete daily checklists and maintain quality standardsIdentify opportunities for process improvementWORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 11:30AM - 8:00PM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEWe are seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys serving others. Ideal candidates will have:Must be at least 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.Previous housekeeping experience, food preparation, food handling, or dietary services experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsA team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where neededBasic computer skillsKnowledge of infection prevention and food safety practices preferredServeSafe certification preferredAHA CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hireBENEFITS AND PERKS!
