Job Title: Business Development Representative (Construction Staffing)Company: HireQuest DirectLocation: Denver, COCompensation: $50,000–$70,000 base salary + uncapped commissionOverview:HireQuest Direct is hiring a Business Development Representative in Denver focused on generating new business within the construction industry. This is a field-driven, high-activity sales role centered on prospecting, cold outreach, and building relationships with contractors and project managers. The position requires consistent in-person client engagement and daily office presence starting at 6:30 AM.Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and secure new construction clients through cold calling, site visits, and networkingGenerate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within commercial and residential construction sectorsConduct in-person meetings on job sites and at client offices to understand workforce needsPresent HireQuest's staffing solutions and close new accountsMaintain daily activity metrics including calls, visits, and new client acquisitionCollaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure fulfillment of client labor needsTrack sales activity and performance in CRM systemsRequirements:1+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or B2B servicesProven ability or strong willingness to hunt for new business through outbound effortsComfortable working in a field sales environment with significant time spent visiting job sitesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to report to the office every day at 6:30 AMCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)Uncapped commission structure tied to revenue generatedOpportunity for rapid earnings growth based on performanceMileage reimbursement or travel allowance (if applicable)Full-time, stable position with growth potentialWork Environment:This role combines early-morning office coordination with daily field sales activity.
