The successful candidate will be a seasoned product leader with a minimum of 10 years' product management experience, including at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles. This role demands a strategic visionary who can also be a hands-on executor, particularly in the areas of enterprise SaaS with a focus on geo-spatial, intelligence, or data analytics platforms. The VP Product will be responsible for driving product innovation across the threat intelligence platform, balancing the needs of commercial and government sectors, and establishing product metrics that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy, owning the product roadmap, and driving product-market fit initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dual-use, DefenseTech, GovTech, or related sectors, and experience in scaling products from early growth stage to enterprise maturity. They should be adept at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams, and have a history of successful product launches in complex B2B environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in startups that have scaled from Series A to growth stage, a background in intelligence, defense, or national security sectors, and a strong technical skill set in modern data platforms, real-time analytics, and big data processing. The role also requires leadership qualities such as the ability to build and mentor a product team, foster a culture of customer obsession, and recruit top product talent.
