Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR) New Horizons In-Home Care Pay: $25-28/hour depending on experience Location: Eugene, Oregon (on-site role, supports multiple sites) Schedule: Full-time Travel: Occasional travel within Oregon and Washington New Horizons In-Home Care is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing healthcare organization. In this role, you will recruit and hire caregivers, direct support professionals (DSPs), and healthcare support staff who help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safely in their homes. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidatesConduct phone screens and interviews for caregiver and healthcare positionsPartner with site leaders and hiring managers to meet staffing needsPost and manage jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platformsSupport new hire onboarding and orientation coordinationHelp improve recruiting processes and hiring workflows Qualifications2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, management, operations, customer service, or similar people-focused rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable handling challenging conversations and problem solvingStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to learn new HR and recruiting systems HR or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
