Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Athens, TX . This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive outpatient environment focused on patient-centered care and long-term wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full-scope family medicine services, including preventive, acute, and chronic care managementConduct routine physicals, wellness exams, and screenings for patients of all agesDiagnose and manage common medical conditions and minor injuriesOrder, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imagingDevelop and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physiciansProvide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care managementMaintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMRQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferredStrong communication and clinical skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a teamSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM scheduleCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
