*Job Summary* We are currently seeking an experienced *Structural Steel Welder* for both *field and shop work*. This position is ideal for a dependable, skilled welder who is comfortable working with structural steel and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. *Pay:* $22.00–$25.00 per hour *Duties* * Perform structural steel welding in both shop and field environments. * Use *stick and wire-feed welding* processes. * Read and interpret blueprints when needed. * Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. * Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. * Be available for overtime as needed. *Qualifications* * Previous *structural steel welding experience* required. * Experience with *stick and wire-feed welding*. * Blueprint reading experience is *highly preferred*. * Must have or be able to work with required welding *hood and gloves*. * Reliable attendance is *crucial*. * Stable work history and longevity with previous employers is preferred. * Must be dependable and willing to work both shop and field assignments. Schedule *Shop:* 5:00 AM until job completion *Field:* 6:00 AM until job completion Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: In person
