Student Accounts Position @ Aveda Institute Portland - admin / office / finance Our Story Aveda Institute Portland is a Cosmetology School that was born in Portland, OR and has grown to Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities Ensure enrollment goals are met for each start date of new class Independently prepare for and lead all appointments with prospective students, along with completion of enrollment process Complete phone, email, text, and social media communication cycles with all prospective students Maintain accuracy on all student records and files Make accurate updates to CRM database with required notes Partner with the Admissions team to achieve completion of service cycle within 2 weeks Keep enrolled students interested and motivated between the time that they enroll and their start date Able to present weekly performance data to finance department and leadership Perform other duties as assigned Present Financial Aid eligibility to each incoming student with a customized estimated financial plan Review, Package and Process Federal Financial Aid data for each incoming student Requirements of Position 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in an educational setting Working knowledge of Federal Financial Aid and the(FAFSA) Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency Ability to work full-time Open availability, including nights/weekends Ability to work at either Portland or Vancouver campus as needed Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications · Experience working in a higher education setting · Experience with working with FAME/school software · Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize Benefits Paid Time Off Health Care OregonSaves 401K Aveda Product discounts Discounted services The Aveda Institute Portland is an equal opportunity employer.
