Electrical Engineer

Direct Opportunity — Electrical Controls Designer *Pay:* $38–$42/hr + overtime *Hours:* 6:00 AM–3:30 PM *Location:* Harrison, OH We are seeking an experienced *Electrical Controls Designer* with strong *AutoCAD Electrical* experience to create and maintain electrical drawings for industrial control panels and machinery. Key Responsibilities * Create and revise electrical-control drawings and multi-sheet panel packages. * Develop schematics for PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, power distribution, safety circuits, and industrial networks. * Create panel layouts, BOMs, wire lists, terminal reports, and device lists. * Update drawings from engineering and shop redlines. * Review drawings for accuracy, revisions, wire numbers, device tags, and cross-references. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, panel-shop technicians, and electricians. Requirements * 3+ years of industrial electrical-controls drafting/design experience. * Professional experience with *AutoCAD Electrical*. * Experience with industrial control panels, machinery, or automation systems. * Knowledge of *UL 508A, NFPA 79, and NEC*. * Strong understanding of electrical schematics, PLC I/O, motor controls, VFDs, safety circuits, and field wiring. * Experience working with a panel fabrication/wiring shop preferred. * Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and AutomationDirect experience preferred. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. *PLC/HMI programming experience is a plus but not required.* *Apply today to learn more about this direct opportunity!* #IND2 Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour Work Location: In person
