Electrical / HVAC General Manager

ASAP!* *Positions are filling up fast, apply today before you miss this great opportunity in today’s tight market!* *Electrical / HVAC General Manager Requirements:* * 5+ years of experience in a field service or trades environment (electrical, HVAC, or security preferred), including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity required * Journeyman electrical experience required * Master Electrician license strongly preferred * Estimating experience required (ideally across both residential and commercial projects) * Comfortable managing and mentoring a technician team, including direct, sometimes difficult conversations about performance required * Familiarity with relevant trade licensing and code requirements required * Working knowledge of field service software (e.g., HouseCall Pro or similar) and general business metrics required *Electrical / HVAC General Manager Benefits:* * *$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year* * *Top Benefits!* * *Plenty of OT!* * *PTO!* * *401k* * *& More!* *Electrical / HVAC General Manager Responsibilities:* * Oversee day-to-day field operations across electrical, HVAC, and security, coordinating closely with the Office Manager on scheduling and dispatch * Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and bids across electrical, HVAC, and security projects * Serve as the direct leader for all technicians, setting expectations and providing day-to-day coaching and mentorship * Address performance issues promptly and constructively, escalating to the President when needed * Help build and refine SOPs for bidding, follow-up, scheduling, and collections as the company scales *Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
