The Home Equity Loan Specialist will:Key Responsibilities:Deliver top-notch customer service while consistently meeting production, quality, and service standards. Effectively manage a substantial pipeline of loan applications, ensuring timely processing in accordance with service level agreements. Conduct a thorough review of applications and document collections, verifying all necessary paperwork including income calculations, and maintaining prompt communication with customers. Act as a primary contact for customers, providing regular updates on the status of their loan applications, including: Handling incoming inquiries and phone calls. Initiating outbound calls to follow up on outstanding documentation and updates. Monitoring and responding to emails and voicemails efficiently. Documenting all communications accurately. Strive for customer satisfaction by cultivating rapport, managing expectations, asking insightful questions, and fulfilling all commitments. Communicate complex information clearly and compassionately to enhance customer retention and build trust with sales partners. Role Requirements:Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to fulfill business requirements. Regular working hours are typically from 8 am - 5 pm PST or 10 am - 7 pm EST, depending on location and needs. This is a remote opportunity; candidates must reside within 100 miles of a local Accenture office in select states. Must possess an active NMLS license. Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
