Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Asset Manager based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for remote work on occasion. The Real Estate Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of property assets, executing business plans, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with investment objectives. The role also includes conducting due diligence on prospective acquisitions and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain and increase the portfolio’s value. Qualifications Knowledge of Asset Management and Investment strategies within real estateExperience in Business Planning and Finance to ensure efficient operations and profitabilityStrong skills in conducting Due Diligence and assessing potential investment opportunitiesProficient in market analysis, risk assessment, and performance tracking of real estate assetsExcellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)Relevant certifications such as CPM, CCIM, or CFA are a plusProficiency in financial modeling, asset management software, and data analysis tools
