Location: Buffalo, WVDuration: 12 Months (Contract)Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Rotational shifts may apply)Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on L3 Network Support Engineer to support LAN/WAN infrastructure, data center operations, and onsite IT services. This role involves working closely with network systems, end-user support, and conference room technologies in a dynamic shop-floor environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L3 support for LAN/WAN networks, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionManage and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco switches, cabling, cabinets)Perform network configuration, patching, and deploymentSupport conference rooms and end-user systemsHandle data center activities: cabling, rack support, hardware installCollaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for project executionPerform Smart Hands support and escalation handlingRequired SkillsStrong experience with Cisco networking (LAN/WAN)Hands-on with switches, routing, cabling, and network hardwareKnowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, SubnettingExperience in L3 / Tier 3 support and troubleshootingAbility to manage end-to-end network issues and escalationsStrong communication and coordination skillsGood to HaveExperience with data center / server room supportExposure to conference room / AV systemsExperience working in manufacturing or shop-floor environmentsKnowledge of Windows Server, AD, SCCMWhat You’ll GetOpportunity to work with a leading global organizationExposure to large-scale infrastructure and enterprise environmentsHands-on experience in critical network and plant support systemsInterested?
