What You’ll Do
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide one-on-one support to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist in skill acquisition programs, including communication, social, and daily living skills
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
Uphold strict client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment plans accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate documentation
Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
Qualifications
RBT Certification (preferred, not required—we can help you obtain it!)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus)
