The company goes even further, donating one meal for every two purchased, making a tangible impact on communities nationwide , as it has already donated over 3 million meals to date.The Role:The General Manager will oversee the operations of a large-scale corporate pantry program serving a client in the Bay Area. This role is responsible for managing micro kitchens, leading an onsite pantry team, and delivering an innovative workplace food experience through curated product assortments, themed pantry concepts, and data-driven program management.The General Manager will lead all aspects of pantry operations including inventory management, vendor partnerships, product rotation, and client reporting. This individual will ensure the program delivers a best-in-class employee experience while maintaining operational efficiency and budget transparency.What You'll DoOversee daily operations across micro kitchens/break room spaces within a corporate campus environmentLead and manage the onsite team, ensuring strong service standards and operational executionManage ordering, inventory, and distribution of pantry products across all break rooms in concert with procurement teamCoordinate deliveries and sourcing through major distributors and direct vendor partnersOversee the onsite mini warehouse operations, including pallet deliveries and inventory storageMaintain proper product pars and back stock to prevent outages across pantry locationsImplement and manage rotation in accordance with planograms and marketing planManage product rotation strategies and introduce new emerging brands and pantry items regularly in coordination with CSM & operations guidanceEnsure accurate daily consumption tracking and analytics reporting for each micro kitchen including the use of on-site tech & back of house checksPartner with internal teams to integrate consumption data into client reporting dashboardsServe as the primary onsite liaison for the client and ensure program performance meets expectationsManage vendor relationships and support cost-plus purchasing models and rebate programsIdentify opportunities to improve product assortment, operational efficiency, and client experienceWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace dining, food service, or corporate pantry program managementExperience managing multi-location food service or pantry operationsStrong leadership experience managing onsite teams and day-to-day operationsExperience with inventory management, purchasing, and vendor coordinationAbility to manage logistics involving multiple distributors and direct vendorsStrong organizational and operational planning skillsExperience working with data reporting, dashboards, or operational analyticsExcellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationshipsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complex operational programsPreferred ExperienceExperience managing corporate micro kitchens or pantry programsExperience working with major food distributorsExperience managing warehouse or bulk inventory operationsExperience developing food or beverage programming within workplace environmentsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid trainingVision insuranceWant to learn more about our HUNGRY platform?
