Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual programs, including scheduling, setup, and live event support Assist with course setup and maintenance for eLearning programs in the LMS Provide frontline support for learners across webinars, eLearning courses, and virtual programsRequired QualificationsAssociates Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, education programs, or online learning support 1-3 years of experience with LMS platforms and virtual meeting tools Strong technical aptitude and interest in learning new systems and tools Experience with course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360) preferred
