This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy technical work, teamwork, and learning on the job. No prior wastewater experience required — we provide training!Starting Wage: Dependent on Qualifications (DOQ) Pay Range: $26.27 – $34.54 per hourKey Responsibilities: • Start up, operate, and shut down wastewater treatment plant equipment • Monitor processes and evaluate operational data • Collect and analyze wastewater samples • Inspect equipment and ensure proper operating parameters • Maintain environmental and regulatory compliance • Perform solids processing and incineration activities • Handle chemicals safely and responsibly • Maintain housekeeping standards • Perform other related duties as assignedWastewater Operator Certifications (Required): • Missouri Class “D” Wastewater Operator Certification o Must currently possess or obtain within 6 months of employment • Missouri Class “C” Wastewater Operator Certification o Must currently possess or obtain within 2 years of employment • Certification must be maintained as a condition of employment Additional Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordPosition open until filled.
