The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational efficiency. Experience in a trade is preferred, but leadership ability is paramount.Your Strategic Responsibilities:As the Area Manager for the South Area, you will oversee the operations of two retail locations in Clearwater & Sarasota and the outside technicians in these areas, managing a team of 7-10 field and retail staff.
