Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical execution across projects
Build scalable full-stack features and integrate third-party APIs
Own projects end-to-end, establishing best practices for code quality and mentoring developers
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in building and shipping IT products or applications
Experience leading developers and managing development processes
Strong expertise in modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures
Deep understanding of database design and performance optimization
Experience integrating external APIs into production systems
