About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead operations at one of our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers. The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day management of the center, ensures regulatory compliance, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters a culture of excellence, compassion, and teamwork.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about serving the frail and elderly population and who thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operational and administrative functions of the assigned PACE center.
Ensure program effectiveness by maintaining communication and coordination across departments.
Collaborate with business development teams to maintain and grow participant census.
Lead the center’s strategic and operational initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing PACE and Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) programs.
Manage fiscal operations to ensure optimal resource utilization and budget adherence.
Oversee center procurement needs and resource allocation.
Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies and workflows in collaboration with other leaders.
Maintain strong relationships with community partners and vendors.
Hire, train, and supervise qualified staff, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, collaboration, and participant satisfaction.
Promote a safe, supportive, and compliant work environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work performed primarily at the assigned PACE center and within the community served.
Must be able to move throughout the facility regularly.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, 15 lbs frequently, and 7 lbs constantly.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Generally performed in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing staff across multiple healthcare disciplines.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.

Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license, proof of current insurance, and vehicle registration required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
