The roleWe are looking for a General Manager who is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, developing strong leaders, and ensuring consistent execution of standards in service, food quality, and hospitality. A successful General Manager builds a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in every shift. This position reports to the Regional Director. What youll doOversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and strong performance across all departments. Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to build a high-performing, guest-focused culture. Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining quality and hospitality standards. Ensure consistent execution of food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training to support business needs. Monitor financial performance, including labor, food cost, and controllable expenses. Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism, fairness, and urgency. Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture. Perform additional duties as assigned.
