If you thrive on connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and making a real impact in your community, we want to meet you. You'll meet with homeowners on company-provided, pre-set appointments, execute a consultative sales process, and work within a development-focused team culture built on discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Conduct consultations with residential homeowners regarding solar energy systems and related energy solutions Educate customers on utility savings, energy independence, system performance, financing options, and return on investment Develop and present customized solar proposals based on customer goals and site conditions Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle. Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, community engagement, and self-generated opportunities Maintain accurate records and sales activity within CRM software Stay informed on solar industry trends, utility programs, financing products, and local regulations Represent the company professionally at trade shows, events, and community outreach opportunities Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals What We're Looking For We hire on character and drive, not just experience.
