As pioneers in the premium in-pool and poolside product design space, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help our customers manifest their identity by elevating their approach to outdoor living.The Account Executive (AE) manages a defined portfolio of accounts that have generated $10,000 to $50,000 in sales over the past three years. This role combines relationship management, consultative selling, proactive outreach, and product expertise to expand revenue within the mid-tier customer base.AEs partner closely with SDRs, Senior Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to create an exceptional customer experience and support long-term account growth.Key Responsibilities Account Management & GrowthManage a portfolio of accounts valued at $10K–$50K in 3-year salesBuild strong customer relationships through consistent outreachRe-engage dormant accounts to drive reordersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Sales ExecutionRecommend products based on customer needsPrepare quotes, proposals, and order guidanceMaintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecastingMeet or exceed monthly revenue goals Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with SDRs on warm handoffsCollaborate with Senior Account Executives on high-growth accountsWork with Operations, Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journeyRequirements3+ years sales or account management experienceStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot or NetSuite preferred)Background in furniture, home décor, hospitality, or luxury goods is a plusAt Ledge, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
