This role offers the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and provide impactful therapy for children with a variety of speech and language needs while working collaboratively with an enthusiastic, multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needsConduct engaging therapy sessions to address communication goalsMonitor, maintain, and document detailed records of student progressWork closely with educators, support staff, and other professionals to ensure coordinated delivery of servicesInvolve and guide families throughout the therapeutic process to maximize outcomesQualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institutionCurrent or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language PathologistCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferredPrevious experience with pediatric or school-based populations is an advantageExcellent communication, organization, and teamwork skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team settingTo be considered, candidates must hold (or be eligible for) active licensure in the state and meet the educational requirements listed above.You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team built of fellow SLPs and professionals who understand the opportunities and challenges of school-based practice.
