By introducing a decoupled, headless architecture, the program will significantly improve performance, flexibility, and speed of delivery across all Business Areas.The initiative includes the migration of 400+ websites and ~50TB of content, establishing a standardized and future-ready foundation that reduces operational complexity and total cost of ownership. A key component is the implementation of a China-compliant delivery model, ensuring local hosting, regulatory compliance, and integration readiness for regional ecosystems.The new platform will be AI-ready, enabling integration with AI crawlers, intelligent search, and personalization capabilities, while providing real-time, context-aware user experiences.
