Director, Enterprise Account Management

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Enterprise Account Management, to lead and scale our enterprise customer portfolio. This role is responsible for driving retention, expansion, and customer success outcomes across our largest and most strategic accounts.You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance, and play a critical role in shaping our post-sale strategy and long-term customer growth.This is a full-time position and reports directly to the VP, Enterprise Sales.Preferred LocationThis is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered.Travel RequirementsExpected travel is 25% for this role.Essential FunctionsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account ManagersEstablish and manage performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plansFoster a high-performance, customer-centric cultureBuild and establish a modern Enterprise Customer go-to-market process to drive aggressive growthRevenue Retention & GrowthOwn enterprise account performance, including:Net Revenue Retention (NRR)Gross RetentionExpansion revenueDevelop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesCustomer Strategy & EngagementBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with key customersPartner with customers to understand business goals and align solutions accordinglyExpand and multi-thread existing account relationshipsLead account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales on account transitions and expansion strategyCollaborate with Customer Success to ensure adoption and value realizationProvide feedback to Product and Marketing based on customer insightsProcess & Operational ExcellenceImplement scalable processes for account management and forecastingUtilize CRM and data analytics to drive decision-makingTrack and report on key metrics and performance trendsEducation RequirementBachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience.Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills8-12+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success3-5+ years of experience leading enterprise-facing teamsProven track record of driving retention and revenue growth within large accountsExperience managing complex, high-value customer relationshipsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and executive presenceStrong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and post-sale account strategiesPreferred Experience, Knowledge and SkillsSaaS or data-driven solutions experience.About Dodge Construction NetworkDodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
