Direct W2 contractors onlyThis contract requires you to be onsite at least 3 days a week.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a specific focus on Quality Assurance. In this role, you will focus on understanding, entering and managing master data for the HIT Quality Assurance team in preparation for the SAP S/4HANA deployment. You will learn the data rules necessary for the business to operate from a Quality perspective. You will also play a crucial part in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, participating in data configuration, data migration and day in the life (dress rehearsal) simulations.Additionally, you may participate in the review of global training materials to ensure they are comprehensive and effective. Your expertise will be vital in creating site-level work instructions that will support seamless operations at our various locations.Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to provide end-user training and act as a change agent for the HIT site, fostering a smooth transition and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-equipped to embrace the changes brought about by the deployment of SAP S/4HANA.If you are a detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of SAP systems and a passion for Quality Assurance, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success and make a significant impact in the field of technology deployment.You will manage master data for the HIT Quality Assurance team throughout the the transition to the new SAP S4\HANA systemYou will act as a point of contact between the core master data ops team and the local Quality Assurance teamYou will participate in relevant solution tests (User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Deployment End to End Testing (DET) for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute Day in a life simulation (Dress Rehearsal)You will support role mapping and analysis of user access needs in SAP and Quality systemYou will use the results of the dress rehearsal simulation to finalize training documentation.You will attend Train the Trainer (TTT), coordinate and deliver local end-user training with Business and IT SMEs, and localize training materials.You will actively support local deployment project phases, especially transition, and go-live, and plan and track local close-down and ramp-up.Who you are:You have at least 1-2+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANAYou have at least 5+ years of SAP experienceYou have 1+ years of experience in managing Master DataYou have experience in performing formal user acceptance testing (UAT)You will have Quality Assurance experience and Pharma industry experienceExperience delivering end-user training is a plusYou have good interpersonal skills that emphasize the ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and skill levelsYou will have a B.A. or B.S. degree (preferably in Life Science)You will have a proven ability to interpret and relate Quality Standards for implementation and reviewYou approach situations with an open mind and a willingness to growYou will have an excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally both verbally and in written formYou can be flexible in problem-solving, providing direction, and work hours to meet business objectivesPreference given to candidates able to work onsite in Hillsboro, OR or able to work on Pacific Standard Time Zone hoursSAP Hana S4 BSA/QA
