Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Real Estate Acquisition Director. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing real estate investment prospects. Additional tasks include assessing financial data, performing due diligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes. Interns will gain exposure to critical aspects of real estate acquisitions while contributing to organizational growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills to gather and interpret data, and develop actionable insights.Experience or understanding of Acquisitions and Investments in a real estate or financial context.Knowledge of Finance and Due Diligence processes, including evaluating financial and legal aspects of transactions.Strong written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for collaborative teamwork.Educational background in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).Familiarity with market research tools or industry-standard software applications is an advantage.
